The only time we can't is when we are ill, the office is closed or product is out of stock If you want a chip to go out the same day to receive the next day you must request this by calling the Georgia office by 10:00 am EST. M-Thur. If we are in the position to get it out the same day we will, guaranteed!
Shipping charges are non-negotiable. Our webstore connects directly online with UPS or USPS to calculate shipping charges at that moment. Shipping charges are determined by your postal zone, size of packaging, weight of packaging, and total amount of insurance needed for replacement if lost or damaged.

You are welcome to email us a shipping label to use. Unfortunately,we are NOT responsible for filling claims with the carrier if the package is lost, damaged or stolen!
